Rhubarb Fest Vendor

9 am – 2 pm

  • Event location: Thern Farm, 425 E. Fairview Drive, New London

  • Vendor spaces are $25 and approx. 10 x 10, you may reserve more than one space if needed.

  • All vendor spaces are outdoors and may be on grass/gravel, no electricity is available.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own table/chairs/tent.

  • NO DIRECT SALES.

  • Setup begins at 6 am on June 10, 2022.  

  • Please register online or return the completed form and payment to reserve your spot.

  • Requests for specific spaces will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

  • RAIN or SHINE, no refunds. Vendor cancellation, no refunds.

  • Refunds will only be considered if Thern Farm cancels the event entirely.

  • Vendors MUST provide WI Sellers permit # or exemption # or registration will not be accepted.

  • Vendor spaces are $10 and approx. 10 x 10, you may reserve more than one space if needed.

  • All vendor spaces are outdoors and may be on pavement or grass with no electricity available.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own table/chairs/tent.

  • Setup begins at 8 am on August 5, 2023.

  • Please return the completed form and payment to reserve your spot.
